The Learning Experience Design Lead (LXD) is responsible for architecting durable learning experiences and managing client relationships. LXDs bring together Design Thinking, Learning Sciences and Consultative skills to architect impactful learning experiences. LXDs play a critical role in the end-to-end learning process, particularly around analysis and design / redesign. LXDs leverage Design Thinking to analyze the learners needs and collaboratively design modality-agnostic, durable learning experiences. The LXD partners with Learning Partners and various Accenture Learning teams to solve the business challenges with learning experiences.
