Roles & Responsibiltes

TSU for DAM: Technical Support Team for supporting development of  Digital Agriculture Mission (DAM) (in alignment with Agri Stack) and other IT/Data/ Documents support function to the department

1. Support in the implementation of Use cases aligned to the Agri Stack framework.
2. Creating the documentation of Use-cases implementation.
3. Creating the Documents, Presentations decks, notes on how the use-cases will use Agri Stack
4. Support for other Digital initiatives in the Department, in alignment with Agri Stack.
5. Assistance with administrative functions, and IEC, in relation to the use-cases of Agri Stack.
6. The Agri Stack CPMU will provide technical and subject matter guidance to this team.
7. Responsibility for the development of the use-cases will be with the respective division/department and not with the Agri Stack CPMU or this TSU
