BE/B/Tech/Diploma/B.Sc (IT/CS background/EEE/EC)

Desktop Support - L2 Engineer

*Very good English communication (Written & Oral)

*Should have worked in service desk . technical support for domestic & global users (corporate environment)

*Fair knowledge in windows (30%) & Mac (70%)environment

*Complete knowledge and experience in trouble shooting network technologies, end users applications etc.

*Sound knowledge in IT process (Preferably ITIL foundation certification)

*2 to 4 yrs of experience with Diploma/ BE/B.Tech qualification
