24/7 Monitoring Of Alert Incidents through the monitoring tools
Ensure the Monitoring Tool threshold and alert are in sync with device actual resource consumption
Monitor the Ticketing System until the closure
Monitor the Ticket SLA
Providing proactive response, based on the severity of the issue.
Be the L1 point of contact for any DC Infra related technical issues
Provide Level 1 technical support through standard KB/SOP
Technical escalation to L2/OEM Team.
Perform L1 Backup Monitoring and Troubleshoot based on SOP/KB
Proper storage and handling of backup media.
Support Asset Management
Maintain checklist for SOD & EOD
Flash MIS & Monitoring Tool Reports from predefined reports configured in tool
Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
